The contact owns a 2011 Buick Regal. The contact stated that the tail lights failed to illuminate. The brake pedal had to be depressed to the floorboard in order for the tail lights to illuminate. The dealer diagnosed that the tail light sensor failed. The tail light sensor and brake pads were replaced; however, the failure was not corrected. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 100,000.

2 Brake Sensor problem of the 2000 Buick Regal

Failure Date: 02/06/2003

While the vehicle was being serviced, the dealer discovered the tie rod was broken. (this was the third incident by a gm auto with low mileage) the abs sensor and bearing was replaced, the 2 wheel alignment, set the caster, camber 120 cr 519, and toe in to factory specifics.
