The engine suddenly stops running while driving with no apparent warning. At that point it is almost impossible to steer and you must stop the car and restart the engine. I have had repeated problems with this and have heard of other Cadillac Deville owners having this problem. I had my car in to the dealer for the problem last week and it happened to me again today.
