2 Engine Failure problem of the 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche

The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500. While driving approximately 40 mph, the check engine and low oil warning indicators illuminated. The contact observed that the oil was extremely low and the oil was topped off 1,500 miles prior. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was diagnosed that the engine failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.

3 Engine Failure problem of the 2012 Chevrolet Avalanche

Failure Date: 01/18/2012

The engine fails to start some times, this happen 2 to 3 time a month the engine crank ok volt on battery drops to 10. 5 volts, installed new battery, no help. After setting for 15 to 20 min. It will start, no check eng. Lite no code set in computer. Chev dealer said cannot help unless it happen at the dealership. I cannot check for spark because the spark plug are out of sight, the fuel pump runs ok. I need help.
