3 Visibility problem of the 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier

Failure Date: 10/04/2008

My passenger side window in my z24 Cavalier is not working again. I replaced the motor 2 years ago at 60k miles now I have 95k miles and it has gone out again. Is chevy going to replace or recall this so I don't have to pay more money for a motor? I replaced it the first time because what if a child or passenger got there hand stuck in window and I could not get the window open again because of the motor problems. This is a safety concern of mine that should be addressed by chevy.

4 Visibility problem of the 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier

Failure Date: 02/09/2008

I have a 2004 Cavalier. Shortly after I bought it the drivers window stopped working. I had a warranty and replaced it. It stopped working without any warning. When I got the car back I could hear air coming through the window, but didn't see any gaps. Eventually noticed the window was off track. My guess is poor fixing by the dealership. About 2 years later (my warranty is up) the drivers window quit working again. I had to drive in the pouring rain with my window down. We have had so much rain the roads are flooding thus sending tons of water into my car by passing cars. From what I have read online this is obviously a problem for many people. Gm needs to issue a recall and fix the problem, instead of making the customers pay.
