There is knocking noise in the rear of the vehicle. A letter from chevy states that they know there is a problem but they don't know how to fix it. #pic5726 the car has been in the shop 4 times for this starting at about 16,000 miles. I have only had the car for 1. 5 months. Taking the car back to shop on 1/17/2013 for the heater and a grinding noise when pushing the gas pedal down.

Tl- the contact owns a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. The contact stated that whenever she applied the brakes she would hear a loud grinding noise. The vehicle was taken to a dealer for inspection and they stated that they could not repair the vehicle because gm informed them not to repair the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and they stated that they were looking into this problem. The failure mileage was 800. Ap.
