Tl- the contact owns a 2017 Chevrolet Express g-3500. The contact stated the while operating the vehicle both the rear tail light and running lights on both the passenger and drivers side would not illuminate. The vehicle was taken to local dealer Chevrolet of wayzata mn. (16200 wayzata blvd, wayzata mn) who replaced the tail lights but the failure had reoccurred. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the cause of the failure was due to a faulty fuse box. The fuse box was replaced and the failure was remedied. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 18,000. Jft.
