Brakes continually experiencing excessive wear and replacement.

Brakes go out every 10,000 miles.
Consumer states that while driving at over 30 mph and applying the brakes the vehicle will start to shake. Contacted dealer and the dealer replaced the rotors on the vheicle but the problem still occurs. Nlm.
I have had the rotors replaced twice within 22,000 miles. I just took it in again because the wheel shakes when applying the brakes sometimes, the dealer says they don't see anything wrong. In the rain it feels like the brakes are not going to work at all, every now and then the brake pedal goes to the floor. There is something wrong, the car should not be shaking like this and should not be needing new rotors all the time. They've also replaced the wheel covers every time the rotors were done, I don't know why. I had them replace the pass. Wheel cover last week because I noticed small cracks on each spoke of the rim.
Brakes failed.
At approx. 5400 miles car would shake when brakes applied at highway speeds. Dealer cut rotors within a few thousand miles problem reoccured. Dealer replace rotors, stating they were too thin. At approx. 11000 miles same problem, dealer replaced rotors, stating defective. At 18,600 miles, same problem, dealer replaced rotors again - again said defective. Dealer doing work is gearhart chev. In denville, NJ/ I have had the front rotors replaced 3 times before 19,000 miles. The brake pads were replaced once. Dealer states rotors are defective each time and replaces with new but problem recurs. Gm refuses to take car back.
The consumer has replaced the rotors 3 times, the brake pads have also been replaced, the vehicle only has 16000 miles on it.
Design of defective brake system causing premature brake failure. Yh.
Consumer experiencing brake pulsation. Nlm.
Braking system failed causing an accident. Brakes failed to activate at speeds of 10mph causing the inability to stop the vehicle which subsequently caused an accident. Brakes were depressed as far as they could be and vehicle failed to stop. Had problems with brakes before. Shudderin sounds come from the front hood when applying brakes at any speeds. Feels like something rubbing in the front and bottom of vehicle.
My car has had the brakes replaced twice already and the rotors as well. This car was just in for repair work last week and the dealer said that the brakes were 60% worn again already. They were just replaced about 6 months ago. The car pulsates when stopping. I believe that Chevrolet had a problem with these brakes and needs to correct the issue. I am going to have to replace these brakes again very shortly.
Brake pads/rotors and calipers are prematurely wearing out, cause unknown.
