Two problems related to ignition switch have been reported for the 1996 Chevrolet S10. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer was able to take the key out of the ignition switch while vehicle was still running. Then, vehicle caught on fire.
Dies intermittently any speed. Cranks-no start. Starts after 5 min/ok.
