Consumer was traveling 45-50mph when a deer appeared on the road, deer was hit. Vehicle went into an embankment on the right side towards trees. Entire front demolished. Neither air bag deployed. The seat belts did not restrain the driver. Driver sustained injuries to the face & body.
Consumer was involved in a rear end collision while traveling 45 to 50 mph. Upon impact, neither air bag deployed in which the driver's side occupant was injured.
