Three problems related to fuses and circuit breaker have been reported for the 2001 Chevrolet S10. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Brake lights are not working, almost causing a rear vehicle crash.
Gm and/or Chevrolet has never attempted to contact me or deliver notices of recalls or any of the 84 service bulletins which are currently issued for this vehicle. I have complained to gm and the dealership but have received no answer or response at all.
While driving 45 mph vehicle stalled without prior warning. Dealer said there was a short in the wiring harness, had blown 2 fuses. Dealer rerouted the wiring harness so that it would not get as hot, stating that the vehicle would not likely stall again.
