Chevrolet S10 owners have reported 2 problems related to rear suspension springs (under the suspension category). The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Noticed several days after purchase truck leaning 1. 5 inches on drivers side, front and rear. Contacted dealer, they instructed to bring in after 1500 miles. Brought in at 2600 miles. After 1. 5 months, dealer repair was to put stronger springs on left front, left rear, arch rear springs and fabricate shims (2) which were placed between frame and body. Gm calls this fixed. I am not satisfied, and concerned about vehicle handling and safety possibly comprimised.
