My driver's side seatbelt consistently gets stuck and won't come out. Also both my front windows are broken. The mechanism that moves them up and down has broken and they now fall down into the door as a result. There was no accident or incident of any kind to initiate these problems.

Both frontal passenger and driver's seat belts were inoperative. Vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined thar seat belts needed to be replaced, and replaced them. However, the problem recurred.
Front lap seat belts performed poorly.
Seat belt won't engage even when brakes have been applied and the rear wheels have locked up.
