Tl the contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that the defroster failed to operate properly and only two vents cleared the fog from the windshield. When the failure occurred on a cold day, the heater failed to operate and impacted the visibility on the driver's side of the vehicle. The fog was extensive and caused condensation. Paul masse Chevrolet south (399 main st, south kingstown, ri 02879, (401) 515-4904) was notified. The contact purchased a fan to place on the driver's side to prevent the condensation due to the vent failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
