While driving down the road my vehicle shuts down on occasion. Interior lights, radio, dash panel, transmission and engine shut down while driving. Also door locks, lock and unlock. This has happened multiple times. Last year I was told that the problem was repaired after I was nearly hit at a high rate of speed when this occurred. This has recently this week occurred again 2 times.

Was driving vehicle and came to a stop light. While at light felt engine shut down and showed "service stabilitrak and service traction control. " turned off ignition and started vehicle again but with trouble. Both lights stay on and vehicle was operable with reduced engine speed. This issue has occurred on several occasions and luckily it hasn't been while driving with my family and causing an accident or death.

My 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe that I have had for only 1 month 3 weeks the engine shut down and went into a theft code and on star could not fine the problem. The next time this happen I was driving my truck and the motor shut down and went into a theft code lucky no one was behind me. This happen 9/9/06& 9/28/06.

While driving at a speed of 65 miles per hour, the motor would just shut down with no warning. After pulling over it would then restart. This happened 8 to 10 times durring the same trip, and then it started running fine as if there was no problem. Dealer could not find anything wrong with vehicle. After this problem started at the same time the fuel tank at the top were the fuel pump and lines enter started leaking fuel at fill ups.

Intermittently vehicle just shut down while driving on the freeway. This has happened 5 tmes since may of 99, resulting in a rear end crash on 3/23/00. Dealer was not able to find what was causing vehicle to shut down. Please provide any further information.
