1 Suspension Noise problem of the 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe

Failure Date: 02/01/2018

Tl- the contact 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact stated that there was an unstable condition with the suspension while driving approximately 70 mph. The steering wheel was making a clicking noise when turning left to right. There was an abnormal noise that had been progressing within months of owning the vehicle at a high rate of speed. The dealer Chevrolet of wesley chapel, 26922 wesley chapel blvd, wesley chapel, FL 33544, (813) 435-3981 provided a road test but was unable to replicate the failure to hear the abnormal noise. In addition, the back up camera had a message indicator to service the rear back up camera of whiich the dealer had not provided a remedy for months. The dealer inspected the vehicle and serviced the vehicle but had not documented any invoice to specify to the contact was diagnosed for both failures. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was waiting for a permanent remedy to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer had issued 1 recall on suspension and 22 TSB on suspension, 208 TSB on electrical system and 3 TSB for communication. The approximate failure mileage was 33,000. Dyd.

2 Suspension Noise problem of the 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe

Failure Date: 10/27/2017

The dash is cracked all over and cracked at airbag. Also, suspension had a popping noise and has been fixed and still making noise.

3 Suspension Noise problem of the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe

Failure Date: 12/30/2015

My wife and myself purchased a new Chevrolet Tahoe ltz in 2015. The first month the a/c had to be replaced, rac and pinion steering and rear shocks. The warranty covered the cost. 2016 of January the a/c started making noises and not cooilng, the front struts magnetic,ball joints and steering rack pinion went out. Third occurrence was in 2017 December the front magnetic structs again. We have had problems with this new vehicle from the time we purchased it. The suspension is horrible and we later found out there are hundreds of others with the identitcal horrible suspension problem. This vehicle is presently at 62k mile and needs front end suspension replacement. The warranty do not cover pass three years. There should be a recall on this horrible general motors product. The vehicle is presently inoperable because of suspension problems and gm will not stand behind there product.

4 Suspension Noise problem of the 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe

Failure Date: 03/01/2012

2007 Chevrolet Tahoe. Consumer states several issues with vehicle and request information on recalls, service bulletins, warranties or lemon law the consumer stated the cruise control down shifted to 2nd while driving at highway speeds and on hills, the starter would hang, there was a noise coming from the ac compressor. The transmission was replaced. However, it continued to hesitate after the vehicle was started, as well as a vibration. There was a clicking noise coming from the differential, the idle needle would rise, while at a stop, the battery drained, the engine stalled, the dash was cracked, there was a problem with the suspension, the tire pressure monitoring system was repaired three times, the passenger side mirror was inoperable, the weather strip had come off the vehicle and there was a clicking noise coming from the u-joint.

5 Suspension Noise problem of the 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe

Failure Date: 10/23/2008

2008 Tahoe first service reported a noise from the center of vehicle and passenger rear side. Service said needed grease on the transmission collar and the suspension on in the rear. Problem recurs every 6 to 8 months. Need problem resolved. Now out of warranty. Wow - now they will tell me what the problem is and how I can have it fixed and how much it will cost.
