Two problems related to car will not start have been reported for the 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Car running great, parked it for an hour then got in my car and it wouldn't start. Dash lights and radio came on but wouldn't turn over. Took the key out, front headlight stuck on. Kept trying to start. Opened hood, smoke coming from fuse box. Removed fuse box cover, the fuse box was melted over the fuses and was on fire. Disconnected the battery and put out the fire.
The brake light circuit board melted which caused the brake lights to go out. The brake light bulb has been replaced twice. The consumer stated the wiper motor failed. The battery was replaced because the vehicle would not start.
