1 Ignition Coils Failure problem of the 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer

Failure Date: 11/01/2007

The contact owns 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer. While driving 10-15 mph, the vehicle would not stop when he depressed the brake. As a result, he crashed into the rear of another vehicle. The manufacturer inspected the vehicle however; they were unable to duplicate the failure. Approximately 30 minutes after they inspected the vehicle the contact stated that multiple lights on the instrument panel illuminated. The dealer stated that the traction control cylinder, ignition coil, and a defective head cylinder caused the failure. The dealer made the repairs however approximately 24 hours later the vehicle overheated. The dealer was unable to diagnose the failure. They stated that the engine was low on coolant and they stated the engine needed to be burped. The failure mileage was 27,000 and current mileage was 42,994.
