2003 ventura gas tank suffered damage due to there being no road hazard protection for the tank. The vehicle has a 25 gallon fuel tank. This tank has a metal shield from the rear to within 24 inches from the front. The front area is unprotected.

The right rear trailing arm on my wife's 1999 Chevrolet Venture van unexpectedly broke while she was driving down the road. A search of your website revealed this to be a common safety defect associated with this vehicle. Why hasn't there been a recall??? also, the seat belt light intermittently goes on and off in this vehicle. Why hasn't there been a recall on this safety defect???.
