Engine Noise problems of the 2016 Chrysler 200

I am asking you to issue a safety recall on my vehicle. You investigated the 2015 model for the same issue and it was recalled as a result. The 2016 is just as dangerous. Is there a reason why the lives of people who drive 2015 models are more valuable than mine or my children? it turns off while driving with no warning and leaves me in the middle of intersections! the steering cuts off too. I have to first struggle to control the steering, shift into park, push start, and wait, while I brace myself for the impact that is about to shatter my spine or kill my children! it began as soon as I hit 60k miles a few weeks ago and happens every time I drive it. It happens mostly when I am turning, sometimes when braking for a light, and sometimes it doesn't actually turn off, it just seems like it is suddenly in neutral and makes revving sounds when I hit gas but wont go, that's when message says 'service transmission'. I was making a u turn and almost hit a pole! it may start up with first try, or a few tries. It hasn't happened in high speeds on highway but that may be because I am too afraid to go that route anymore. Obviously this is a manufacturing defect. I paid cash for this vehicle and should not have to pay a penny to fix this, but if I or mine are injured I will spend every cent I have on a lawsuit. Thank you for your understanding in this extremely important matter.

Car had been parked for about 5 hours. When I went to restart car made a noise like it was struggling to start. Turned car off and check oil appears to be full. Went to restart car and it would not restart. Multiple attempts were made to start car and while all lights and beeping came on car would not start again over a 15 min period. Can not push break down and when push the start button nothing happens. Car has also stalled out multiple times while driving in the last year. Chrysler dealership states its due to oil and it appears car is burning oil very fast. Chrysler states that the car will not start due to a safety mechanism to not allow the engine to overheat due to low oil. As oil has appeared full and checked multiple time unsure as to why the car would do this.

As I was in motion going about 20 mph with the car in drive (d), the car displayed a message as seen in the photo that states shift to park (p) to start. As, that message is displayed the steering wheel and the brakes lock up while the car is slowing down so you cannot shift the car to park until the car has come to a complete stop. Once the car comes to a complete stop, I shifted my car back to park and tried to restart the car. The car wouldn't restart right away. The engine and transmission would make a noise as if it were trying to start with the rpm's fluctuating to about 3 (3000 rpms) then go back to 0 then jump to 1 (1000 rpms) then back to 0 rpms where the engine would give out. I would have to wait a minute, while in the middle of traffic, then it would restart and run normally again. I called Chrysler corporate, due to the fact of having the whole transmission replaced while under warranty due to a transmission problem that grew after purchasing the car. Leslie from Chrysler gave me case id #: 34798487. I scheduled an appointment with darcars Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram of silver spring located on 12511 prosperity dr, silver spring, MD 20904 to bring the car to get serviced and the issue looked at on August 7th 2018 at 10:45 am. I am currently waiting for a diagnosis of the issue to be addressed by the dealership. Please see pictures attached for more information.
