Airbag light is on , 2nd time my lower control arms are broken and I go through a battery every 2 years average.
When going a certain speed car will jerk and shift roughly into next gear, faulty air bag system shown on dashboard. Car had been struggling to start lately went to autozone with the check engine light now showing. Diagnostic machine advised power train system issues / antilock brake system issues. Codes: p1634, u0420-00, c2101-17, & c1246-1c mileage: 111250 upon doing my research these are common issues with this vehicle but yet no recall could be found for my specific vehicles using VIN #.
While driving, my driver seat headrest deployed. There was no collision to activate the headrest to deploy. It did so spontaneously. This could have caused a major accident due to me being startled. I am concerned for my daughter’s safety and mine. There were no recalls for the headrests reported in my vehicle. There was no indication that the headrests in my vehicle would be an issue. I will be taking the vehicle to carmax, where I purchased it and to the Chrysler dealership to seek a solution.

The active headrest restraint system deployed for no reason in the passenger side headrest while driving down the road at 35 mph. It sounded like a gunshot! the passenger was hit in the back of the head but thankfully not injured. I took a picture of it and my son told me that's a safety feature in case you get rear ended, which didn't even happen because I was still driving when and after that happened with no cars in front of or behind me. There was and is still no warning lights indicating any type of problem with anything.
My daughter rear ended a car and totaled my Chrysler 200. The front of the car is destroyed but the air bags never deployed. I allowed my daughter to drive this car thinking it had all the safety features and it did, they just don’t work.
Airbag light stays on transmission service light comes on when driving and vehicle stalls.
B0028-13 is the code that appears when a scanner tool is used because the "service airbag system" warning message came on. Reading the other u-tube post concerning this problem it seems to be common and a possible danger to the driver and the front passenger.

A couple of years ago my passenger head restraint deployed while parked and would not reset. I was charged $652. 00 to re place. Chrysler later reimbursed me for this expense and extended my warranty for this for one year. Two days ago the driver side activated while the car was parked. That means the warrant extension had passed. Did some research and this is a common problem caused by the weakening of the plastic that is under pressure of the retaining springs. This problem not only affects the Chrysler 200, but 300s and several keep and Dodge vehicles manufactured between 2010 and 2015. It is just by the grace of god no one has been injured. Mileage was 78000 the first time and 106500 the second time.

My car cut off right as I was stopping at a stop sign. It wouldn't even let me turn off the car to try and restart. I couldn't steer the car either. It took a minute and then I was able to turn it off and then restart it. By the time I got to the third stop sign it cutoff again. The second time around it read to shift to park before restarting. Thank god I was in my subdivision! there was no warning or check e gone light on either. Please help! more importantly my airbag light is on again. I've even had my airbag replaced by Chrysler last year. This had been a recurring problem since I bought the car. I reported it back in 2016 as well. My car is a 2015 and should never have had the airbag problem. Please help! I hope and pray this get to someone that takes safety seriously! this is my only car and I transport my children in it.
While driving the car on the highway it completely shut off and would not start. My dashboard is black and flashes. This could have been worse and put our life at risk. I have had so many issues on this car ever since I purchased it. I have taken it to a shop before and this will be my third time.
My airbags not working and the light is on.
Electrical system under the seats smoked and went out for the air bags. Cost me $2,200 dollars out of pocket. I am on social security. Can't afford such dept. Brakes are sluggish and can't be trusted to stop quickly. Power train ,electrical system, engine not safe. Electrical system, service brakes, forward collision avoidance system needs to be looked at and replace if needed.
My head rest restraint deployed overnight whole the car was sitting in my driveway. I see multiple complaints of this and reached out to a dealership/Chrysler corporate and they said I have to pay for it out of pocket. They said the warranty for it was extended but I never received a notification of it being an issue or a warranty. The car was purchased in 2017 and had 2 recall, I took it to a dealership within a month and they said the recall was fixed. However less then 5 years later my head rest restraint deployed on it's own, there was no collision to my car while it sat in my driveway.

We purchased our vehicle brand new in 2015 with 6 miles on it. 1. The vehicle has always shifted hard, but every time I brought it up at the dealership I was told that "the car is just learning my driving habits" here we are 10 years later and my car is still shifting hard and it still won't fall into gear like it's supposed to. 2. Within the first 6 months the airbag light came on and would throw a warning message on the display, to have it checked. Even after acknowledging that I had seen the message it would beep at me and come on almost immediately. I took it in to the dealership on 3 different occasions while it was still under the 3 year warranty. The first two times I asked about it the dealership told me that they found a water bottle stuck under the passengers seat and that it was causing the wires to not stay connected. They claimed that it fixed the problem each time. The third time I took it in I made sure there was no trash under the seat and reset the light. After a day or so the warning light came back on. This time they said they would replace the parts under the seat, but I went to pick up my vehicle the dealership seemed confused about what was supposed to have been done. Then they said it was all fixed and hustled me out the door. I've asked about the issue at least 2 more times since being out of warranty. The dealership wants me to pay nearly $2,000 to have it fixed even though they say there's a known issue. And when my son and I were hit from the side in 2022 the airbags didn't deploy and I'm guessing it has to do with that light being on still to this day.
