Throttle Control Warning Light On Problems of Chrysler 200

Car will lose power driving down the road and will also accelerate by itself the electronic throttle control light and check engine light comes on you can't get the car to go just dead and when you cut it off and to restart it it takes few times to start back but that's the o my way you can drive it after doing that! it has done this several times now and two cases I almost got into a very bad accident ! this. Is very dangerous I can't drive on interstate because if we're to stall like it does and lose piower or get killed! it's has stopped while pulling out into the highway resulting in me having to jump out of car before I got tboned.

I was proceeding to get on the interstate highway when I noticed that I was pressing the gas, but the car was not accelerating.
