I was in a hurry and got out of my car without shutting it off. I ran to get the shuttle to take me to work 2 miles a way with the keys in my purse, when I returned 9 hours later my care was still running and the gas tank was almost empty. I thought if you took the key away from the car and accidentally left it running it would automatically shut off after 30 minutes. Am I wrong about this function? as for the transmission it has been slipping in d4 randomly, while driving. The car has less than 65000 miles and I have only owned it for 4 months. Is this a normal transmission complaint?.
Automatic transmission often slips/shutters when advancing through the lower gears on an uphill climb.
The car goes into neutral by itself while driving on the city street. Warning light indicated I needed my transmission serviced while driving on the highway then went away after I let the car sit. Transmission slipped during that time causing the car not to be able to accelerate properly to keep up with the speed limit. Key having problems with my left front tire suspension. Battery died out the blue while parked. Key fob says its undetected but I have it in my hand. I have to put the key directly on the ignition button then push the button to start the car. I wanted to also indicate suspension. The car rattles while driving on regular bumpy roads. My left tire has an issue the mechanic couldn't figure out.

Tamara recall I have a 200s model purchased brand new. I first started having issues with the car maybe 20,000k miles in. When the car is sitting in park the transmission slips and automatically goes into neutral, then forces the car to be set in park. At this point the car cannot be moved and just shows the check transmission light. This particular incident has happened 3 times. On numerous occasions the car has lost power while in motion, the car also struggles to go into the next gear almost daily. I have been to the same Chrysler that I purchased the car from numerous times. The first time my computer needed to be updated, the second time it was the transmission module, 3-5 it was an update now I'm back to the module acting up. The transmission light just came on again yesterday, I wake up today and the light is gone and of course Chrysler tells me the can't do anything without a code being present. I've lost so many days of work with this car it's ridiculous, and since the car holds no value I'm stuck with negative equity!!! please help.
My car sometimes revs while going 10 and under, without me pushing the gas. And when I changed gears it slips and jumps.
Car jolts and jerks when changing gears. The transmission is slipping and when driver pushes pedal to accelerate there is a delay and causes a jolt. Driver has to make a complete stop for the transmission to keep up or it jolts. Unsafe on traffic conditions and unable to control jolts and jerks.
My car reves up the rpms when im accelerating and it feels as though the transmission is slipping.
On 9/16/18, vehicle died and would not start. After several attempts, it started, then while driving down the road, vehicle lost all electrical power and came to a stop in the middle of traffic. Car was towed to dealer where they trouble shooted for several days trying to reproduce the electrical power failure. They found a services bulletin about electrical connection and replaced wiring harness. Over the next several months I noticed my vehicle felt like the transmission was slipping. As time went on, I realized it wasn't a slipping, but a hard shift. The vehicle would also loose power upon acceleration to merge into traffic or changing lanes. This was very scary, but at times it seemed as if the vehicle might lose complete power and die while in heavy highway speed traffic. On 10/11/2018 while having my vehicle oil changed, I asked the technician to drive the vehicle to confirm what I was feeling with the transmission. The technician agreed that the transmission was in fact not shifting or functioning properly. I obtained a quote to have the transmission serviced. The technician advised have the transmission flushed/serviced might help, but often times flushing can cause symptoms to worsen. I opted to not have the transmission flushed/serviced at that time and planned to take my vehicle into the dealer after the holidays. It is now the the 3rd week in December and just this week the hard shifting and loss of power when the vehicle downshifts to merge into highway speed traffic has worsened significantly. I phoned the Chrysler dealer today and spoke with my service advisor to schedule an appt. I am to call back on Wednesday 12/26 to reserve a courtesy vehicle and schedule appt. To drop my vehicle off on 12/27/2018.
Transmission is slipping and can't seem to get into gear while driving and getting to freeway speeds can't reach a max of 55mph. Have had the car completely stall out on the freeway and put itself into "neautral" while at freeway speeds. Maintenance airbag lights frequently coming on. Chrysler can't seem to find a fix to the issue on why this car is doing what it has been. They keep saying ithe issue is fixed when publicly there is no real fix to the issue and they don't know how to fix the re accruing problem. Little to say, I am deathly afraid of driving this vehicle even down the street to my local grocery store. I work too hard and pay to much for my first brand new car to be having issues like these. I really wish Chrysler would recall all of these vehicles already before someone ends up loosing a life over a faulty lemon of a vehicle.

I purchased a Chrysler 200, 2013 from manhattan Chrysler. This car is a lemon it has a bad transmission and the anti-lock brakes lock at random. I took the car to manhattan Chrysler for repair when it only had 21,000mi. They recognized the transmission problem after the second visit. Chrysler said that the brake are no longer under warranty. After they rebuild the transmission the vehicle still didn't perform the transmission continued to slip in second gear. I returned the vehicle to Chrysler, now the fourth time in repair. At this point, I was directed to the reconsideration dept. They offered as compensation a one time car payment of $493. 13I was absolutely insulted because I paid $39. 505. 00 with finance charges. I sought legal help but they weren't much help. I was told by lemon law atty. That litigation would take 2 yrs. And I may not even receive $4,000. 00. Chrysler, totally disregarded my attorney and would not corresponded to any phone calls or letter on my behalf from the atty. I am a veteran and I am totally disabled with a severe back injury and I use a cane to walk because I fall often. My mom recently had a severe stroke she is now in rehab 45min. Away and I don't have transport ion to go check on her. I voluntarily surrender my vehicle to the finance CO. Now my credit report reflex a $16,000. 00. Default for the lemon I purchase at Chrysler. Please help!.

This vehicle is prone to stopping when one tries to accelerate into or across traffic. The transmission stalls or slips at4 to 10 mph. Leave one to feel totally helpless and at the mercy of the transmission. In the winter months it is not worth driving because it can not pull itself through a wet/slippery street. I have taken it in on several occasions with this complaint an have found that Chrysler is aware of the problem which exists in 4 cylinder engines with 9 speed transmissions. "lear to live with it!".
