While the vehicle was being inspected at massey yardley Jeep Chrysler Dodge ram (777 sr 7, plantation, FL), the contact was informed that the water pump had a leak and the cylinder head, water pump, timing chain cover, and gaskets needed to be replaced and cleaned. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that they would only cover NHTSA campaign number: 16v352000 (air bags), and any claims would have to go through the third party insurance company. The failure mileage was approximately 127,200.
