The driver's side shoulder belt does not stay on the upper chest region. It continously slips below the breast area, cutting across the arm. The seat back has to be placed completely erect in order to maintain proper placement of the shoulder harness. It is uneffective for someone who is tall and must have the seat partially reclined as it does not properly restrain the driver.

Front passenger shoulder failure. If passenger leans forward belt will lock and continue to tighten.
Passenger side seat belt does not release for normal motion.
Plastic mechansim within rear shoulder belt assembly breaks, causing seat belts to become inoperable. The rear seat belts keep breaking apart. The plastic over the latch fell off and the springs were lost.
