2 Doors Lock problem of the 2016 Chrysler Town & Country

The contact owns a 2016 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that the driver side rear sliding door locking mechanism failed and the door would not open from inside or outside the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who replaced the door actuator and the failure was remedied. Later the failure had occurred on both the rear driver’s and passenger’s side sliding door. The failure was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
