Both cylinder towers cracked, they fixed but van still wouldnt run right, now we're talking a whole new engine,we declined since transmission hasnt been replaced and I'm sure thats next. Dodge dealer also wants us to pay $1080 because they couldnt find the problem !.
Gas was flowing from valve all over ground under vehicle. I was advised to call the fire department because the risk of explosion. I had not noticed the leaking fuel. A bystander saw it as I was filling the car. Otherwise, I would have driven off without knowing. One errant cigarette and my son and I would be dead. There is already a recall for this part in your system but once again Dodge says my car's VIN number is not in their database. Yet, my minivan meets all the other variables for the recall. Dodge is fraudelantly not inputting VIN numbers to avoid having to fix vehicles under the recall.
Consumer was driving, making a left turn when vehicle was hit on the left passager's side. The fuel tank rollover valve can allow fuel to pass into the vapor canister, causing fuel leakage. Consumer has contacted the dealer, awaiting repairs. Please provide any further details.
