The lights on my 2005 Dodge Caravan will not turn on have to keep on turning the knob back and forth so many times for the lights to come on the brake lights work the bright works but the dim is the one that will stay on. The brake lights will not turn off when the knob is turned to off and eats up the battery.
Brake lights remain lit after brake pedal is released, and remain on until the vehicle is turned off. Appears to be related to the center brake lamp bulb being burned out. I was nearly struck from behind since there was no change in the lighting when I depressed the brake pedal.
