1 Tire Bulge problem of the 2001 Dodge Caravan

Failure Date: 09/09/2012

We purchased 4 bridgestone insignia se200 tires in may 2009. Thus far 3 have failed. First, mechanic noted when we took vehicle in for routine balance and rotation. Second, driver noted vibration on highway. Tire replaced 6/4/12. 3rd, driver noted front end pulling, subsequently extreme vibration on highway. Vehicle parked at airport for 3 days; upon return, tire was flat with a section bulged and separated.

2 Tire Bulge problem of the 2000 Dodge Caravan

Failure Date: 11/09/2000

2 tires had bulge in wall. Goodyear verified defect & replaced two tires. However, goodyear thus far refuses to replace the other tires and may request that I pay for new tires on a prorated basis. Although they admit two tires are defective, they won't admit there is general manufacturing defect or design flaw. (dot number: m6vfhkdr48 tiresize: p215/65r15).
