Tl- the contact owns a 2005 Dodge Dakota. The contact stated that the air bag light had illuminated and remained on constantly. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the air bag on and off switch malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number :15v313000 (air bags)however, the part to do the repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was noified of the failure. The vehicle failure milage was 139972. Kh.
Passenger side air bag light works some time it doesn't. You can turn the switch off and back on the light my go out or it may not you never know whether it is working or not.
