Left front ball joint failed.
While driving heard noise in the front end of vehicle. Right/left ball joints and upper control arm have been replaced, which did not correct the problem. Please give any further details.

Upper and lower ball joints have failed at 50,000 miles which could cause other damages. TSB was sent out by manufacturer, but only covered 4 wheel drive vehicles.
Left hand upper ball joint is coming apart from steering tie rod which could cause complete loss of steering capability. Consumer has contacted the dealer. Please provide any further details.

While having vehicle out side of dealer ship technician stated all four ball joints needed to be replaced . Consumer let manufacturer's dealer look at ball joints. Technician stated that ball joints needed to be replaced at consumer's expense.
