Car Will Not Start problems of the 2013 Dodge Durango

Durango has stalled at high speeds. While slowing down at lower speeds, the vehicle will, on occasion, start to stall as it sort of rumbles and shakes. Now the Durango will not start. All symptoms seem to align with known recall issues, however, recall repair is not yet available. Has been symptomatic since April 2019 until present. I have taken this problem to the Dodge dealership for diagnosis and repair. They are unable to replicate the issue but were able to run up a bill of $3000 for items that did not fix the issue. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle and worry about having a total power failure while at high speed.

Fuel pump relay replaced to external position. Vehicle now will not start at times, starts and dies. Replaced both guel pumps a month ago and still problems. Relay is not switching on but tests ut is good.

The vehicle would not start. I am now concerned that the vehicle electrical system is going to fail in route. If this happens then there is going to be an accident as the brake system and power steering will fail causing the vehicle to crash. Are they waiting for that to happen before they spend the money to fix it? my family's lives are at stake here as well as anyone we pass on the road. It says in the recall notice that they are concerned with our safety but I beg to differ. I received this recall notice about 3 months ago with no follow up at this time! when I called Chrysler about the fix they said that the parts were not available unless the vehicle had actually stopped working and had to be towed to their facility. Really?.
