Tl- the contact owns a 2012 Dodge Durango 2012. The contact stated that while driving approximately 45 mph the vehicle experienced a flat. While replacing the tire on the vehicle the scissor jack fractured. The tire was replaced with a hydrollic jack. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer who stated that the scizzor jack needed to be replaced. The vehicle's sizzor jack was not replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 63,404. Gl.
