While driving the vehicle hydroplaned and went into a skid which resulted in the vehicle leaving the freeway, the vehicle proceeded to rollover 3 times, during the rollover the woven material of the seat belt broke resulting in a severe concussion and lacerations to the head of the driver, the other two occupants recieved superficial injuries. When the truck was involved in a rear end crash shoulder belt on the driver's side did not restraint the driver. The crash caused the driver to hit her face on the steering wheel. The truck is being repaired by the dealership. Damage amounted total is $2,505. 00.
While driving shoulder belts for the middle seats tighten around the occupant for no reason. Occupant has to keep taking the seat belt off to readjust it. Van taken to the dealership. Problem has not been corrected. Please provide any further information.
