Brake Loud Noise Problems of Dodge Grand Caravan

When I put the van in drive or reverse, there was a loud noise coming from the steering wheel area. I brought the van to the Dodge dealer to fix it. He said a few codes had to be done and a fuel injection cleaning. I waited for the van for three hours and it was returned to me at a cost of $263. I drove down the road and the same noise was there as if it had not been touched. I brought the van immediately back to the dealer and was told it was the power brake module and that it was on back order. He took the van and told me to get a rental. It will be two weeks this Thursday (rental car totaling over $700) and I am still waiting for the van.

Shuddering while driving and loud noise coming from front of van while stopping. Made it home and husband inspected the brakes to find that pins were missing from the calipers! pins should not just fall out of calipers. So many others have posted issues with brakes from this make/model of car, yet no recalls. Why??.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the rear brakes, rotors and pads were replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The current mileage was 29,550. The approximate failure mileage was 20,500.
