I have already provided info on this vehicle by mail. I just wanted to know the update on this problem. I would like to get this taken care of, but I do not have the amount of money on hand. The man said it would probably cost over $500. 00 for the repair, before I knew the cruise control was not working. Contact me at 201-447-6907 eastern time m-f 9-3. Thnank you.
Why is the airbag warning light on the dashboard permanently on when the original bags have never been used since the van has never been in an accident? and why other systems like the horn and the cruise control are also inoperable or deffective. Why would Chrysler engineer these three systems related to safety features be electronically connected together since they all seem to have failed simultaneously. Is this a ploy to get money out of customers???.
Cruise control was activated without driver's knowledge which caused the vehicle to suddenly accelerate when trying to slow down. It was very hard to stop the vehicle, and vehicle lurched forward after it came to a complete stop.
