I was in a car collision on April 20th 2006 in lake zurich IL. Approximate speed 48 to 50 miles per hr. I rear ended a truck & the air bags did not open. Neither the drivers' airbag or the passengers' air bags opened. Luckily I was not seriously injured. I did suffer neck pain & hip pain from the whip-lash. I was wearing my seat belt. Failure of front air bag deployment when vehicle was stationary and impacted by another vehicle that was moving at 30 mph est.

This vehicle had been serviced during the month of December for a recall problem that occurred before. My wife was in a accident and the front air bags didn't deploy. The front end was badly damaged. My wife also was jerked before the seat belt grabbed her.

Aecm memory did not register upon impact in accident. The airbag "did not deploy" at "impact". Major damage to the main frame in front of the car. The main bar is pushed back into the radiator, in which the radiator is pushed back close to the motor. The front end was destroyed, headlights were pointed in different directions. I just recently (Dec 05) had my seat repaired again, in which it was under recall, for the recliner bolt that kept breaking.

I was involved in an accident where I impacted another vehicle (t-bone) and I was the head on collision. My airbag on my Dodge Intrepid 2001 did not deploy the crash was head on at 50 mph.

Consumer was involved in a head-on collision while traveling approximately 35 mph. Neither the front driver or passenger air bags deployed.

Vehicle hit a concrete post at less than 15mph. Air bags deployed hitting the driver. I do not believe the air bags should have deployed. I am concerned for employee safety. We have had two Intrepids deploy the air bags at less than 15 mph.

While going approximately 50-60mph after rearending a vehicle driver's and passenger's air bags didn't deploy. No lights illuminated on dashboard. Dealer and manufacter were not contacted. Please provide more information.

At a frontal impact at 30mph none of the air bags deployed, resulting in minor injuries.

While driving 55mph, another vehicle clipped the Intrepid, causing the Intrepid to lose control and hit two different walls. Upon impact with both walls, neither air bag deployed. Driver sustained some injuries. Vehicle was totaled. Manufacturer notified.

Upon hitting a deer t electrical box split open, and caused a fire, burning entire car. Airbags did not go off, and anti-lock brakes locked up for at least 6 feet .

After taking vehicle to the dealership dealer noted that air bags were not working, and air bags needed to be replaced.

Vehicle skidded on black ice, hitting head on telephone, and another vehicle swiped consumer's vehicle. Consumer's vehicle was going approximately 35mph before sliding. Dealer was no help in giving information about deployment of the airbag. An independent investigator stated that the impact was absorbed by the vehicle's crush points and that the threshold for air bag deployment was not met, 1 person was injured in accident.

Consumer was in an accident traveling 70mph. Accident damaged right front corner panel, every thing electrical was knocked out, air bags didn't deploy, 2-3 inch crease right underneath left head light. Since accident fuel emissions light has been off and on. Vehicle has been in 5 times since first week in November. Dealer said it was a fuel emissions leak, consumer didn't know how to put on gas cap. After the vehicle was repaired for damages caused by the accident, the ses light came on and the vehicle was serviced four times for the same fuel emissions leaks. Finally, a broken fuel line was found and was fixed.

While trying to turn left, consumer hit another driver. Upon impact, none of the airbags deployed. Fornt of the car was damaged real badly.

Consumer was traveling about 35-40mph hit a ditch head-on. Vehicle turned on its side, and front airbags didn't deploy. Dealer will be contacted.

While driving at about 40mph on a dirt road, that has been known for bad spots, consumer hita bad spot and car started fishtailing and hit a ditch head-on, spun around in opposite direction, and hit and embankment. Car landed on its side, upon impact, airbags didn't deploy.

While driving on a city road vehicle in front was making a left hand turn then it stopped in middle of road. Rearended vehicle, and neither airbag deployed.

Car #2 made a left turn at a red light in front of me and was hit on their passenger's side at approx. 40 mph with no air bag deployment in my car. Major front end damage including bent frame rail to over $10,500. Daughter had slight concussion and I had chest pain from seatbelt. Chrysler said their was no problem with airbags?.

This was reported to me about two pepole in a new 99 car in lexington park MD geico. No safety defect listed in summary.

When consumer applies brakes they are hard. Also, when he applies brakes in sudden stop, they don't engage. Front end dips when consumer brakes, and there is a clanking noise coming from the front of the car while driving 25 to 30mph. Airbags didn't deploy when consumer had an accident while driving 30mph.

While driving approximately 45 to 50 mph consumer hit side of car ahead, neither air bag deployed until vehicle came to a complete stop. Airbag only deployed half way. Driver sustained head and facial injuries. The seat belt failed, and pulled the driver the door and hit windshield.

Front end collision and the air the bags did not deploy. Please explain.

On the passenger side dashboard air bag cover is curling up, and in the upper left corner, air bag can be seen.

While driving at 30 mph on a city street the consumer collided with another vehicle in an intersection. The consumer's front left side impacted with the other vehicles rear right side. None of the frontal air bags deployed in the consumers vehicle. There were no injuries to either party in the accident.

Driver hit a tree head-on in wet conditions at 30mph, and neither driver's nor passenger's airbags deployed properly. Airbags just oozed out of the steering wheel. Airbags did not have air in them. Dealer has not seen vehicle.
