Consumer's vehicle is having same fuel leakage problem as mentioned in recall 98 v 184 000, but this vehicle not included in recall due to VIN. . . .

Consumer states the dealer did not smell enough gas to perform the recall on the vehicle recall#98v184000 fuel leakage. Mr the dealer who wouldn't perform the recall is tempkins Chrysler of ft wayne texas.

Had recall 98v184000 performed. Currently, vehicle is leaking fuel. Dealer found a cracked fuel rail. Consumer wanted Dodge to repair it as part of recall. Dodge claimed recall was side specific.

While driving the vehicle had a fuel leak coming from the fuel rail which may cause a fire if there is a source of ignition. Cause unknown. Please provide further details.

The consumer experienced intermittent difficulty when filling the fuel tank. The consumer had to pause then pump and allow air pressure to decrease when filling or tank will not fill completely.
