While driving a short distance, 36 miles, the Dodge starts to overheat. It has been in service three times for this issue and no diagnosis has been made. Upon starting the car, it shakes and after a minute it subsides within minutes of starting the oil temp jumps to 231 degrees or higher. I have had to drive with the heat on high in order to bring the temperature down and even with it on the lowest temp is still 226 after 10/15 minutes. This issue has been ongoing since July 2020.

While driving the air conditioning automatically comes on. I was driving to work on a residential street, decided to open the window even though it was 8:30am and it was already 95 degrees outside here in vegas. Didn't get out of my complex before the air conditioner came on by itself. Also with the air conditioner on, my car seems to run higher in idle and while driving it seems to double step when braking and coming to a stop. It does like a small jerk in acceleration coming to a stop.

After driving in about 70 degree sunny day for about 45 min the traction control light and abs light dinged on then after pressing the accelerator the vehicle chuffed and completely died in the middle of a busy interction. Turn the vehicle off for about 10 min and continued driving another 45 min without a problem. This has happened on several occasions at various speeds from a stop to about 70 mph.

I have a 5yr. 100,00 ml warranty on this car bumber to bumber . Months of problems to find out it has internal failure totally integrated power module. . Months of car jumping, towing, doors locking cant get out, lights flashing,2 recalls, brought a car battery now its sitting on Dodge lot since 10/17/17. An will not run. As a consumer who brought this vehicle believing Dodge would hold to this accountability total failure and wants me to pay for it this should not be accepted. My experience with this is not safe for me and my family.

While driving home my 2015 Dodge Journey (which only had 2,108 miles on it) died while decelerating to turn into my neighborhood. Praise god, no one was behind me and I had to crank the wheel to pull over to the side of the road as the power steering and brakes also died. There were no warning signs, indicators, lights, etc. I put the car in park and hit the start button and it started right up. I immediately called the dealership and told them I would be bringing it to them in the morning. They have now had my car for 5 days and can't find any error codes in their computer when running diagnostics and "can't reproduce the stall". They are keeping it for a few more days to "put more miles on it to see if they can reproduce it" and also have a call into their corporate engineers and are waiting to hear back from them. After starting up the vehicle, the radio and information display will not function at all. When the vehicle is then shut off the battery will drain rather quickly( within 8 hours) and kill the battery. If the battery is disconnected and then reconnected the radio and display will then work. This happens frequently depending on how many time the vehicle is started and stopped. My mechanic has traced it to the tipm ,totally integrated power module.
