I have a 2004 Dodge Neon, my turning signals sometimes work and sometimes they don't. I have to bang the steering wheel for them to work properly. Also my horn stopped working all of sudden. I have checked all of the fuses and the horn it self and there is nothing found.

This car was brought brand new and ever since I got it it has been a constant headache. I had had numerous problems with this car as well as other owners of Dodge Neons. I find it very odd and suspicious that these cars have not been recalled to fix their potentially deadly problems. I myself, do not intend to let this go after the thousands of dollars I have invested in this car. I will be a constant thorn in the side to Chrysler if they do not get these cars off the streets where they are endangering the drivers as well as other traveling in other cars. No safety defec tlisted in summary.

There is a squeaking noise present while driving vehicle. Dealer says it's due to brake pads and rotors. Horn is out. The vehicle run hard and is loud. The front end is low when coming out on into a driveway.
Near miss incident while driving. Attempted to operate horn to alert other driver crossing into my lane. Needed to take hand off steering wheel to operate horn. Chose not to use horn as it would compromise driving and instead accelerated and swerved. Horn located in center of steering wheel is a safety hazard as it requires one hand off steering wheel in typically a situation where driver should have both hands on wheel. Suggest standard should be thumb/trigger style horn such as on many japanese models.
Horn does not work and has never worked, at all. Dealer has not seen vehicle.
