One problem related to electrical equipment has been reported for the 2000 Dodge RAM. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Overdrive module and torque convertor both failed at 59000 miles. Had vehicle back to dealer around 34000 for a vibration in the transmission and they stated nothing was wrong, that was the beginning of the torque convertor problem. Dodge won't stand behind their products and an automatic transmission should last 150,000 miles or more without a rebuild.
