While traveling at 30 mph hit a train head-on and none of airbags deployed. Truck was totalled.

When truck was hit by a bronco, bronco travelng about 50 mph, on the passenger's front side, there was no deployment of the air bag. Also, the driver's or passenger's side seat belt did not lock causing injuries to driver and passenger.

When driving at 40 mph steering wheel and column suddenly collapsed, causing vehicle to become inoperable. Consumer pulled off to the side of the road. While vehicle was involved in accident air bag didn't deployed.

While driving about 45-50 mph, consumer had front crash. But to right side, bumper was pushed completely back. Consumer hit his head on steering wheel, 16 stitches. Neither airbag deployed.

Consumer was going 35-40mph and hit other vehicle broadside. Massive front end damage. Steering wheel had to be lifted for consumer get out of vehicle. Front airbags gave no signs of trying to deploy. Vehicle was totalled. Dodge sent out an independent inspector to body shop. Consumer hasn't gotten a reason from anyone why airbags didn't deploy.

Vehicle was involved in a frontal crash, airbag deployed, however did not prevent consumer from hitting steering wheel and sustaining injuries, consumer feels the airbag didn't fully deploy because it never came in contact with consumer.

I was traveling around 30mph. Came up on stop sign road turned to ice coud not stop hit enbankment head on shoulder strap did not catch face hit windshield cracked nose in two places. If air bags would have deployed injuries would not have been so bad !!!.

Airbag system light came on, indicating a problem with air bag system which may not protect occupant in event of a crash. Currently at the dealer. Please provide further information.

Consumer was traveling about 50mph on highway and was going east, and second vehicle was going south. Also, consumer's vehicle ran the stop sign, and hit other vehicle on the passenger's side. Upon impact, airbags didn't deploy. Dealership will be notified.

Non deployment of driver air bag.

Driver airbag did not inflate when the vehicle wrecked.

Was in an accident, air bags never opened.

On January 8, 2000, I was a passenger in a 1999 Dodge Ram pickup westbound on interstate 44 near milemarker 274 in missouri. A fenton fire department pumper truck cut from the center lane across the passing lane (which we were in) and tried to get onto the shoulder. This maneuver was done without any emergency lights, sirens, turn signals, etc. We had approx. 2 seconds to react and the driver only had time to slam on the brakes. We hit the right rear corner of the fire truck where it protruded into the passing lane at approx 50 mph. The Dodge pickup we were in was totalled per safeco insurace company. Seatbelts saved our lives, but we were injured much worse than we would have been if the airbags had gone off. Neither airbag deployed during the accident. The airbags remained undeployed up until the vehicle was last seen on 1-13-2000. Dodge clearly made a defective product if a crash of this magnitude did not set off either airbag. I have pictures of the Dodge, and can e-mailthem if requested. The ambulance report also documents the non-deployment. This needs looked into. The odds of even one airbag not going off in a crash this hard must be astronomical, but for both to not go off, something was seriously wrong.

While driving about 50 mph both air bags deployed without a reason.

Was traveling at approximately 55mph air bags deployed. Obstructed driver's view. Avoided hitting deer. Hit a ditch. The left front end was damaged & hanging off frame.

Recall repair not able to be completed properly due to vehicle seat modification, the cover to air bag module was bot installed (did not fit properly). Mjs (99v-023).

Consumer was driving appoximately 50 mph. Upon impact, while driving an unfamiliar road which turned into a curve, lost control of vehicle. Hit a tree at 50mph,and neither air bag deployed. Vehicle hit head-on on the passenger's side.

While driving around a corner at approximately 15mph the sway bar fell out. Drove to dealer & mechanic noticed the sway bar hanging & had to repair it. The 2nd incident: had lost steering control & hit a tree. Neither air bag deployed upon impact.

While driving the van between 20-25 mph, going around a curb, driver slightly tapped the brake pedal, released the pedal and tapped the brake pedal again. At that time, the air bag on the driver's side deployed for no apparent reason. The deployment caused the driver to crash into a mailbox. The air bag is being replaced.

While the vehicle is on and in park position the driver's and passenger's airbags deployed for no apparent reason and without any prior warning, causing injuries to the occupant. Dealer cannot determine problem. Please provide details.

Consumer was driving at 70 mph, got into a front end accident that totaled three vehicles. Air bags on consumer's vehicle did not deploy. Manufacturer has been contacted. .

Consumer states while driving 55mph had front end collsion and air bags didn't deploy, causing injuries. Ph.

Consumer rear ended another vehicle at about 50 to 55 mph, and neither driver's or passenger's air bags deployed. Dealer has been contacted.
