Front Seat Belt Anchorage Problems of Dodge RAM

The tensioning clip for the rear and passenger side seatbelts has failed twice since purchase. These clips are made of hard plastic and have srings inside to provide tension to keep belt from slipping. The clips are manufactured in two pieces and snap together. I do not believe that these clips would hold up in a crash and would fail, allowing passenger and car seats to move foward.

Consumer was traveling on the highway with his son in the rear/center seat. Son told his father that seat belt was broken. Upon examination, consumer noticed that anchor part of the seatbelt was never bolted in.

The seat belts in the rear cab of the truck have failed. They do not lock when the two pieces are attached. I can put the latch in and it will not stay locked. It unsnapps and the children cannot use the belts. These are located in the middle and passanger side of the truck in the rear. This is a safety concern and would like to have it checked out.

While at a stop light another vehicle hit the consumer from behind the seat belts disconnected from the anchors, causing injury to the consumer and children. Please provide further information.

The seat belt will not pull out at times and you can not wear it. I have had it in for repairs a number of times and they can not get it fixed. I even went to arbitration and won the case but their award is not fair . I am just trieing to get the truck fixed and have called Chrysler several times , in over 6 months no one has called me back.
