Ongoing problem with driver shoulder belt continuing to tighten upon driver while driving. Driver would have to unlatch belt buckle to get it to release itself. But, problem kept reoccurring. Also, driver's seat moves whenever brakes are applied in a sudden / emergency situation or when jerking the seat back and forth. Dealer refused to repair because vehicle was out of its warranty, and not covered under a manufacturer's recall.
Rear bench seat belt buckles on passenger and driver sides are coming out from seat about 5-6 inches, and middle seat buckle was sitting out about a foot which caused belt to sit to high up, and not providing any support. Consumer has contacted dealer, dealer stated normal operation. Please provide any further details.
