One problem related to engine oil leaking has been reported for the 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Multiple problems since day 1. Unresolved vibration issues-related to tires and driveline and alignment. Outer tierod failure. Frt right brake assy failure - near accident , vehicle veered uncontrollably off road at 40mph-towed to dealer. Intermittent stalling and hesitating and low oil pressure during operation- truck stalled several occasions while driving - unresolved at this time. Multiple fluid leaks from failed vehicle seals and gasket-issue resolved. Vehicle has been to authorized Dodge dealers for 9 visits for a total of 45 days down time. In my opinion, this is an unsafe and unreliable vehicle. Not eligible for massachusettes strict lemon laws due to being a multitude of different problems.
