My family and I were travelling at approximately 55mph on a divided highway and were hit in the front of the truck by a car that was performing an illegal u-turn. The truck was totaled and neither airbag deployed. My wife, me and two children were hurt. I subsequently had a lower back fusion operation as a result of this accident. I believe that Ford is at fault based on faulty airbags. How is it possible that neither airbag deployed when there was a direct frontal impact at 55 mph? I would like to obtain more information regarding potential airbag defects specific to this vehicle. I am 100 percent disabled as a result of this accident and my attorney at the time did not want to go up against Ford motor CO. Any and all information related to the above would be greatly appreciated. I would like to consider a class action lawsuit if it is determined that Ford had an issue with the airbags in the Ford F-150.
Consumer was involved in a head on collision, the airbags experienced no deployment and the consumer was injured in the accident. (attorney for client).
