Fire dept noted/concerned that srs didn't deploy. "brand new truck, airbags didn't work. . Why?" paid $30,000 for truck w/srs & defective. Defective sensor, no airbags installed, or airbag manufacturer defect. Contacted hill Ford, was told, "sometimes airbags work, sometimes they don't. " I said, "sometimes you die, sometimes you don't?" not accepting that answer for a safetly feature. Would of walked away from head-on crash w/little to no injuries. Srs would of stabalized me & I wouldn't of been thrown around or hit dash board. Why didn't srs operate at all? american family ins breaking down truck for total damage estimatation.
