Ignition Module problems of the 2000 Ford F-150

1 Ignition Module problem

Failure Date: 04/12/2000

Intermittant failure of the power control module causes engine failure at highway speed with no warning. Complete power loss renders sterring/brakes inoperative.

2 Ignition Module problem

Vehicle will begin to honk and then it stallout while driving down the road. Sometimes vehicle will start backing up, and sometimes it will not. Dealer cannot determine cause. Computer has been replaced and wiring has been repaired, but defect stills occurs.
