The position of the left windshield wiper is incorrect, preventing it from going all the way up and clearing the windshield during inclement weather. This is making the ability to see the road difficult. Manufacturer was contacted by consumer, and was informed that nothing could be done to adjust the windshield wiper. The consumer stated that the drivers side wipers will not defrost.
