While traveling at 60+mph in manual on a busy freeway, the speedometer began fluctuating wildly and the vehicle downshifted again. Upon decelerating, the vehicle violently shifted into first gear with loss of control. Although an accident was avoided, the safety of passengers and other nearby vehicles were at risk.
