Started driving am for about 5-7 miles and getting on an on ramp to freeway vehicle suddenly had no power and idle very rough/ could not accelerate and service engine light, hill assist not active and another service light came on. Pulled over to the side of road and sat for about 30 seconds, turned vehicle off and re started, no fault warning lights were on and all was fine. Drove 22 miles to dewey Ford in ankeny, iowa told them what happened and they asked if any fault lights were still on and I said no and they told me they wouldn't be able to diagnose the problem without a fault light being on. They said it could be water in the fuel and suggested a couple cans of sea foam and to top fuel off with premium/no alcohol. Did that, drove an additional 22 miles with out any problems. Researched similar problems by others and electronic throttle body came up. Will update if I have another incident.
